As AI transforms law, women have historic opportunity to lead the building of the legal systems, institutions, and solutions of the future. AI for Breakfast City Circles for Women in Law support local communities around the world where women in law will build leadership capabilities for the AI era, gain AI competency, build local networks, share intelligence, access business opportunities, and build community.
The opportunities and challenges of AI transformation in law span multiple dimensions: how to position careers for a future being built in real time, capture entrepreneurial and societal opportunities, and shape the policy conversations that will guide its course. The pace of change has outpaced traditional models for connection and learning. City Circles are built to foster continuous, trusted peer engagement across institutions and sectoral lines.
Circles offer a third space, distinct from places of employment and traditional professional communities, where women come together for peer collaboration, intelligence sharing, and exploring the opportunities and challenges of AI transformation. Circles convene women across the legal ecosystem in select global cities, including legal professionals (law firms, in-house, judiciary), legal technologists and innovators, business professionals in law-adjacent roles, nonprofit and access-to-justice leaders, public sector and policy professionals, academics, and entrepreneurs.
AI for Breakfast was launched in Dhaka, Bangladesh in December 2025. In May, we brought it to the US with the launch of a National Capital Circle in Washington DC. We are working to launch circles in more cities around the globe, and we need your help!
