How It Works
- Consultation. We discuss your goals, your leaders, and the context of your AI transformation.
- Program design. We recommend the format and the mix of circles, coaching, mentoring, and executive education.
- Designation and curation. You identify participants. We form circles. Participants in one to one coaching hold discovery calls with up to two coaches to select their coach.
- Launch. Participants set SMART goals.
- Measure impact. We measure progress against goals at mid-point and close, and share an outcomes summary with your organization.
