Justice Circles
Justice Circles are an executive peer advisory group coaching program designed to accelerate the leadership and success of women leading justice tech, tech nonprofits, and legal aid innovation, through structured peer learning and executive coaching. Circles support women entrepreneurs building market-based tech and nonprofit leaders building tech solutions to expand access to law and justice.
Circles are small groups of 6–8 executive peers who work with the guidance of a Lady Justice Initiative Lex 2X Exec™ credentialed executive coach on leadership and to deepen their impact through sharing of collective wisdom.

What do Justice Circles do?
Circles are designed to:
- Accelerate leadership and success of women leading tech-based justice solutions through peer advisory learning and executive development support.
- Maximize the potential of AI and other tech to meet justice needs through market-based and innovative nonprofit solutions by expanding access to innovation support among women.
- Respond to challenges women entrepreneurs face in leading justice tech ventures, including accessing capital.
Circles are confidential spaces where leaders:
- Gain perspectives and advisory support from industry peers in a structured setting
- Tackle leadership challenges in entrepreneurship or nonprofit development and management
- Share strategies for career advancement
- Accelerate growth through individual and group accountability
