What is The Justice Hive?
The Justice Hive is a hub where practitioners worldwide can build knowledge and access support on harnessing AI for justice and other law-related public interests. As AI transforms how justice is accessed, delivered, and governed, new systems, institutions, and solutions are being built at an unprecedented pace. The practitioners leading this work in government, courts, tech nonprofits, justice techs, civil society, and academia are navigating an emerging field with few established pathways, limited peer networks, and uneven access to the innovation expertise and support the work demands.
The Justice Hive is Lady Justice Initiative’s global hub for these practitioners. It catalyzes and capacitates their work through a hive-based approach that democratizes access to innovation expertise, resources, and support.

Women Building the Future of Justice Dashboard
A first-of-its-kind resource published by Lady Justice Initiative and the Justice Technology Association profiling women who are harnessing technology to transform how people access legal solutions and justice delivery. The Dashboard provides a searchable directory, map view, and insights on the women shaping the Field.
Justice Circles
A collaboration between Lady Justice Initiative and the Justice Technology Association to support the success of women entrepreneurs building market-based justice tech and nonprofit leaders building tech solutions to expand access to law and justice. Circles are small groups of 6–8 executive peers who work with the guidance of a credentialed Lex 2X Exec™ executive coach on leadership, growth, and deepening their impact through the sharing of collective wisdom.
