Community Manager (Volunteer, Part-Time)
Lady Justice Initiative, Inc. seeks part-time pro bono Community Managers to support our global digital communities. The community managers will play a crucial role in building a vibrant global community within our platform. The roles are remote.
Responsibilities:
- Support development and implementation of community engagement strategy.
- Support creation and curation of content and events to enable members to achieve measurable outcomes from their participation in the community.
- Engage with community members to obtain their feedback and foster an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Assist in organizing and promoting virtual events, webinars, and other community activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital community strategy and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with community members from diverse backgrounds.
- International experience preferred.
- Available to commit 12-15 hours per month to the role

Summer 2026 Internship Program

We are seeking mission-oriented interns for our Summer 2026 cohort.
Position Descriptions:
Programs Intern
Responsibilities: Conduct research, draft insights articles, and other outreach materials, support development of content for events, and contribute to special projects.
Qualifications: Strong writing, research, analytical, and organizational skills and a demonstrated interest in leadership, gender equality, justice, and maximizing the potential of AI transformation in law to advance women and justice.
AI Transformation Intern
Responsibilities: Support technical needs of LJI projects. Contribute technical expertise to LJI educational programs.
Qualifications: Technical experience in designing and deploying generative AI or ML in the context of projects. Currently enrolled in technical degree program, e.g. computer engineering or machine learning.
Communications and Social Media Intern
Responsibilities: Support outreach and social media campaigns and event-related social media. Design social media content for Lady Justice Initiative website and platforms, including You Tube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Qualifications: Academic coursework in communications or public relations and/or prior experience in creating social media content for an organization.
Format: 8-week internships are available between May 15-August 15. Internships are remote, part time, and voluntary.
Eligibility: Internships are open to: 1) undergraduate, law and MBA students. Applicants must be enrolled in a university to participate.
