City Circle Skills
AI for Breakfast City Circle Skills offer practical training on AI skills and executive education on a range of leadership topics for lawyers and other law-related professionals.
While AI learning opportunities for legal professionals abound, ours bring the unique goal of equipping women professionals to maximize AI to benefit their work, careers, and communities and to lead. This means supporting professionals in going beyond the basics they have already learned to attain excellence. We advance this by listening to the practitioners in our community and tailoring programs to what they tell us about what their interests and needs at this moment.
City Circle Skills programs are led by practitioners in our circles along with local and global experts, including academics, executive and leadership coaches, legal and tech industry experts, and public sector officials.
Programs are live cohort learning labs and take place in-person and virtually.

Building on the AI Leadership Lab
City Circle Skills builds on our Lex 2X Exec AI Leadership Lab's executive education and AI skills program for women in law. Through the Lab, legal professionals, technologists and founders across multiple countries built practical AI capability alongside leadership for the AI era. The Lab was led by executive coaches, legal and technology experts and entrepreneurs.
City Circle Skills carries that work into our local AI for Breakfast City Circles. Programs are shaped by members and connected to the salon discussions at the heart of each Circle.

What participants said
“The AI Leadership Lab provided a practical and thought-provoking introduction to applying AI in professional settings. I walked away with useful insights on the importance of designing with ethics and privacy in mind, as well as the power of crafting clear prompts and user personas to create meaningful AI solutions. A valuable session for anyone exploring AI's potential.”
Kath Milne, Master Certified Coach
“The AI Leadership Lab brings together a diverse community of legal professionals pursuing impactful projects around the world. In the session on Design Thinking and AI, Hannele Korhonen drew on her deep experience using AI tools to develop and execute client-centered legal service projects, with broad applicability to the inspirational projects the participants have underway. In my work, leveraging AI and the design process will help me identify the right projects for our newly launched legal development nonprofit. This is a community worth joining.”
