A trial lawyer and advocate, she has represented employers and employees in hundreds of disputes, from single-plaintiff contract matters to multi-thousand-person class actions, with a focus on employment litigation, trade secrets, and business disputes. She has been named to Oregon Super Lawyers, recognized among the nation’s Top 100 Legal Influencers, and honored with a Women of Influence award and Portland’s Forty Under 40. She earned her JD from the University of Oregon School of Law and a BA, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from UCLA, and serves on the board of Rose Haven, a Portland day shelter for women, children, and gender-diverse people.

She is an ambassador for CEOX, which places women as CEOs of venture-backed companies and on corporate boards, and a member of Lady Justice Initiative’s Lex 2X Exec™ global coaching corps.
