AI for Breakfast New York City Circle for Women in Law launches alongside UNGA 81 | Becoming a Leader of Change in the Age of AI: Building Individual Capability to Guide Transformation
AI for Breakfast City Circles for Women in Law is now in New York City!
On September 24 alongside UNGA 81, we had the honor of hosting an AI for Breakfast Global Circle and launching our New York City Circle for Women in Law.
We convened women across the UNGA and New York City legal communities for a salon on “Becoming a Leader of Change in the Age of AI: Building Individual Capability to Guide Transformation.”
The event was an affiliate session of the ITU-UNDP Digital@UNGA programme.
Our discussion explored what it takes to lead change in the age of AI and explored why transformation must begin with individual transformation and learned why a leader who has not built her own capability for the AI era is likely to face challenges guiding an institution through change, and institutions that have not changed will find it harder to move a community or ecosystem. Through the Circle participants explored how individual transformation that builds leadership capabilities for the AI era is essential to leading successful transformation in organizations and beyond. Participants will gained practical insights and identified concrete steps they can take to begin.
We are grateful to Dr. Floor Blindenbach-Driessen, founder of Organizing4Innovation for leading our discussion!
