Lady Justice Initiative Offers Career Transition Support to Displaced Women Legal Professionals

Lady Justice Initiative has opened its private global executive coaching platform for women leaders to women professionals in law or international development worldwide who are exploring career transitions as a result of government funding and job cuts.

Our Coaching program is led by our Global Corps of two dozen vetted, credentialed executive and industry expert coaches. The Corps are leading women professionals from 12 countries who bring a wealth of coaching and professional experience across diverse sectors. The program is supported on an award-winning mobile friendly coaching platform. 

Coaching support includes:

• 1-to-1 package offering personalized attention. This package is ideal for those looking for tailored guidance and a deeper exploration of their unique challenges and aspirations.

• Peer-Small Group Coaching facilitated by an experienced executive coach, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas and experiences among a group of like-minded individuals.

 Coaching is fee-based at our nonprofit rates. Sponsorships may be available.
