Lady Justice Initiative & Justice Tech Association Launch Women Building the Future of Justice Dashboard
Lady Justice Initiative and the Justice Technology Association (JTA) have launched the Women Building the Future of Justice Dashboard — a first-of-its-kind resource profiling 161 leaders across 27 countries who are harnessing technology to transform how people access justice and justice delivery. The launch coincides with CSW70, the UN Commission on the Status of Women’s 70th Session, held under the theme of strengthening access to justice for all women and girls.
The dashboard addresses a persistent visibility gap: women leaders harnessing tech to meet urgent legal needs and drive transformational change, yet systematically underrepresented in the data, the convenings, and the investments that define the Field. It maps tech-enabled solutions across critical areas — divorce, gender-based violence, employment, immigration, and trusts and estates —and highlights the ecosystem builders advancing the field.
The dashboard is part of a broader LJI-JTA collaboration to advance women building the future of justice and includes an awareness campaign featuring justice tech founders and nonprofit leaders, and Justice Circles peer advisory group coaching circles.
The dashboard will be updated on a rolling basis. Nominations, corrections, and additions are welcome.

Lady Justice Initiative, Inc. and Justice Technology Association Launch Dashboard of Women Leading Justice Transformation Through Technology and Innovation
WASHINGTON, D.C, March 27, 2026 — Lady Justice Initiative, Inc. (LJI), a U.S.-based nonprofit working globally to harness AI for justice and support women’s leadership in the AI era of law, today announced the launch of the Women Building the Future of Justice dashboard in collaboration with the Justice Technology Association (JTA), the leading professional association for justice tech organizations.
The launch comes during the 70th Session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women (CSW70) focusing on the theme of “Ensuring and strengthening access to justice for all women and girls.”
Launching with 161 leaders across 27 countries, the Women Building the Future of Justice dashboard is designed to address gaps in data on gender and inclusivity in justice tech and innovation, highlight tech-enabled solutions helping people access legal support in deeply personal areas such as divorce, gender-based violence, employment, immigration and trusts & estates, among others, as well as those building ecosystems to support advancement of the field. The dashboard demonstrates the pivotal leadership of women in harnessing tech to solve complex legal problems affecting people’s lives and the critical importance of engaging, supporting, and resourcing these leaders and others like them to advance public interest as AI catalyzes historic opportunities to address justice needs.
In addition to the dashboard, the JTA-LJI collaboration includes an awareness campaign featuring justice tech founders and nonprofit leaders, and Justice Circles, peer advisory group coaching circles, which support justice tech and innovation professionals through structured group coaching facilitated by LJI’s global executive coaching corps. LJI and JTA are also collaborating to establish a small grant fund to support justice tech founders and nonprofit leaders.
“Our collaboration with JTA reflects a shared conviction that justice tech must be built by and for everyone. The promise of AI and other tech to address the access to justice crises among women and girls creates an imperative for governments, the private sector, and philanthropy to take action to engage, support, and resource more women lead the design, development, and deployment of these solutions,” said Angela Conway, Founder & CEO of Lady Justice Initiative.
Maya Markovich, executive director of Justice Technology Association, added: “One of the biggest barriers to progress in justice tech has been the invisibility of the people driving it. Women are leading some of the most important work in this space. Our collaboration with Lady Justice Initiative reflects that technology alone isn’t enough — it has to be built by and for the people it’s meant to serve. “
The Women Building the Future of Justice dashboard is available at https://www.ladyjusticeinitiative.org/dashboard and will be updated on a rolling basis. LJI and JTA invite nominations, corrections, and additions from public and private sector leaders using AI and other tech to advance justice and access to legal solutions.
