Kath Milne. Kath is a globally recognized Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant, dedicated to helping leaders—particularly women—navigate complex change, strengthen their influence, and lead with purpose. As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with the International Coaching Federation, and the only MCC in South Australia, Kath ranks among the top coaches globally.
With a background in business transformation and executive leadership across finance, tech, and not-for-profits, Kath now supports senior leaders in government, legal, and social impact sectors. Her work focuses on building adaptive leadership, fostering innovation, and enabling courageous action in uncertain times.

Karen Lee is the Regional Lead Counsel for the Asia Pacific region at Clinigen, a UK-headquartered pharmaceutical services group, and Chair of the Association of Corporate Counsel Australia’s Legal Tech and Innovation Community. A passionate advocate for women in law and digital transformation, she is a graduate of the Australasian Institute of Digital Health’s Women in Digital Health Leadership Program and Women & Leadership Australia’s Advanced Leadership Program. Karen has spoken at conferences across Australia and Asia on AI in law and healthcare across Australia and Asia, championing the responsible use of technology to create opportunity, enhance impact, and shape the future of the professionals.
