Join us on November 18 for an AI transformation salon on leading change in legal organizations with Dr. Floor Blindenbach-Driessen, author of RISE Above AI Chaos. Floor will share her insights on leadership and on building the conditions for change to take hold. Circle participants from law firms, corporate legal departments, government and civil society across the National Capital Area will have the opportunity to share their own experiences leading AI transformation: what is working, what is not, and best practices. Dr. Floor Blindenbach-Driessen, Founder, Organizing4Innovation. Floor helps law firms navigate AI adoption and digital transformation. Her career has taken her across industries and continents, from chemical engineering to academic research, higher education, healthcare innovation, and now the legal profession. After reinventing herself multiple times and crossing the Atlantic three times, she has learned that technology alone does not create change. People do. Her work focuses on the human side of innovation, helping organizations build engagement, reduce friction, and turn new ideas into measurable results. Whether the challenge is GenAI adoption, workflow redesign, or change fatigue, she helps leaders create momentum, sustain it, and deliver results.
Floor brings more than 25 years of experience leading innovation and change initiatives and holds a PhD in Management from Erasmus University in the Netherlands. She is the author of RISE Above AI Chaos and a member of ILTA’s Learning & Adoption Content Team, supporting technology adoption across the legal profession.
