Community Manager (Volunteer, Part-Time)

Lady Justice Initiative, Inc. seeks part-time pro bono Community Managers to support our global digital communities. The community managers will play a crucial role in building a vibrant community within our platform. The roles are remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Support development and implementation of community engagement strategy.
  • Support creation and curation of content and events to enable members to achieve measurable outcomes from their participation in the community.
  • Engage with community members to obtain their feedback and foster an inclusive and supportive environment.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting virtual events, webinars, and other community activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital community strategy and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with community members from diverse backgrounds.
  • International experience preferred.
  • Available to commit 12-15 hours per month to the role.

Winter-Spring 2025 Internships

We are now accepting applications for part-time and full-time internships for our March-May 2025 cohort. Internships are remote.

  • Position Summary: Lady Justice Initiative seeks individuals with strong writing, research, analytical and organizational skills who have a demonstrated interest in gender equality and/or justice, and in using innovation, artificial intelligence, other emerging technology, and data to address societal needs.

    Responsibilities: Conduct research, draft reports and outreach materials, attend discussions and events, support special projects.

    Eligibility:  Internships are open to: 1) Undergraduate or graduates students in business, data science, computer engineering, artificial intelligence, and machine learning; 2) law students. Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program.
