Lady Justice Initiative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit working globally to catalyze opportunity for women in leading the building the future of law through artificial intelligence, other emerging technology, and innovation and to capacitate practitioners more generally to harness the power of AI and other technological innovation to advance justice. 

Artificial intelligence and other emerging technology are creating historic opportunities to reimagine legal systems, work, and solutions making them more responsive, inclusive, and effective. We are dedicated to democratizing and diversifying participation in this transformation and cascading its benefits to people and institutions worldwide with an emphasis on women.  We advance these aims by leveraging our global networks and expertise in policy and practice, innovation, systems change, and technology.

Our work centers on two initiatives:  Lex 2x Exec™ a pioneering global leadership network for women building the future of law™ and The Justice Hive a novel space to connect, access collective intelligence, and collaborate with institutions and practitioners on harnessing AI, other technology, and innovation to advance justice and other public interests.

We also support mission-aligned institutions and initiatives through advisory services.
