Despite the moment's promise, as women legal leaders— whether legal tech CEOs, mid-career lawyers, or business professionals pursuing their next leadership opportunity—know, the path to capturing the big opportunities is complex and all too often filled with barriers and challenges. 

In the context of AI transformation, these challenges are amplified by a misalignment between AI transformation support among traditional institutions and current needs.  Even traditional strategies for leadership development and professional growth such as executive education, generic leadership programs, and professional conferences are no longer enough.
