The Lex 2X Exec™ Global Corps of vetted, credentialed executive coaches and industry expert coaches supports the program. Members of the Corps are diverse, leading women professionals from 13 countries who bring a wealth of coaching and professional experience.
The program is designed to meet the needs of women leaders and offers two formats:
- Personalized One to One Executive Coaching: Professional development, leadership coaching, and career coaching with a member of the Lex 2X Exec ™Global Executive Coaching Corps.
- C-Suite Circles: Small curated peer groups of C-Suite level women executives who learn from each other facilitated by an executive coach.
