The Lex 2X Exec™ Global Corps of ICF-credentialed executive coaches and legal industry expert coaches is curated specifically to support women building the future of law and lead in the AI era of law. Our Executive Coaching Program is purpose-built for Women Building the Future of Law and offers two formats:

Personalized One to One Executive Coaching: Professional development, leadership coaching, and career coaching with a member of the Lex 2X Exec™ Global Executive Coaching Corps.
Executive Peer Advisory Group Coaching C-Suite Circles: Small curated peer advisory groups of C-Suite level women legal executives who advise and learn from each other in a structured setting facilitated by an executive coach. What is Personalized 1 to 1 Coaching?

Personalized coaching involves working 1 on 1 with an executive coach on specific goals you identify for your coaching engagement.
Our standard coaching package includes 2-hour meetings per month for 6 months (12 sessions). Customized packages of different durations are also available.
In-between coaching sessions you will be able to communicate and collaborate with you coach on the private Lex 2X Exec™ Coaching Platform.

We cover the globe with flexible scheduling for your time zone.

What is peer advisory group coaching?

Peer advisory small group coaching circles connect 6-8 executives in a series of confidential sessions facilitated by a credentialed executive coach to:

Equip leaders with diverse perspectives from industry peers
Tackle challenges related to leadership, entrepreneurship, and other interests
Share strategies for navigating situations and advancing goals
Accelerate growth through individual and group accountability

How do Circles work and what time commitment is required?

Circle meetings are customized for their members but generally meet every 4-5 weeks for approximately 90 minutes over 10 months.
Between meeting collaboration. Circle members also have access to a private dedicated space on the Lex 2X Exec™ Executive Coaching Platform where they can interact and collaborate with other members of their circles and their executive coach in between meetings.

What do Circles focus on?

Circles are results-oriented and establish SMART goals to guide their work.
Circles are role based or include peers who share a thematic interest.
Executive Peer Advisory Group Coaching Circles include the following themes:
- AI Governance and/or Transformation Leader Circle -Private Sector (open to all executives whose work involves AI Governance or transformation issues)
- AI Governance and/or Transformation Leader Circle-Public Sector (open to all executives whose work involves AI Governance or transformation issues)
- Legal Tech Founder Circle
- Legal Tech C-Suite Leader Circle (all roles other than founder)
- Justice Tech C-Suite Founder & Executive Leader Circle
