Drawing from insights revealed by Innovating for Equality: Catalyzing Opportunity for Women in Law through Digital Transformation and AI, our global study of over 100 women legal innovation and tech leaders in 31 countries, we are taking action with the launch of Lex 2X Exec™ a pioneering curated global leadership network and initiative to catalyze, capacitate, and activate a global community of women leaders building the future of the law through artificial intelligence, other emerging technology, and innovation. The network equips women with support, resources, and community to capture opportunities, build power, and work at the heart of AI transformation and other innovation, gain leadership roles, and derive economic benefits from entrepreneurial and other ventures, while building the future of work in law and creating more effective and inclusive systems and solutions that meet the needs of all users.
