Despite the moment's promise, as women legal leaders—whether legal tech CEOs, mid-career lawyers, or business professionals pursuing their next leadership opportunity—know, the path to capturing these opportunities is complex and often filled with barriers and challenges.

These challenges are amplified by a misalignment between AI transformation support among traditional institutions and current needs. Harnessing AI for Justice

AI is also bringing historic opportunity to catalyze justice through the technical and process capabilities it brings as well as the reimagining of systems and approaches and related building of new systems and institution inherent in AI transformation.  For example by:

Our work to maximize the potential of AI for justice focuses on facilitating collaboration, peer learning, and sharing of expertise and is advanced through our Justice Hive platform.
