Justice Circles for Women Building the Future of Justice

Justice Circles are a collaboration between Lady Justice Initiative, Inc. & Justice Technology Association to support the success of women s entrepreneurs building market-based tech and nonprofit leaders building tech solutions to expand access to law and justice and/or support justice providers.

Justice Circles is an innovative executive peer advisory group coaching program designed to accelerate the leadership and success of women leading justice technology ventures, through structured peer learning and executive coaching,

Who should join a Justice Circle?

  • Executive leaders of Justice Techs
  • Executive leaders of nonprofits using tech to expand access to law or justice, and/or improve justice delivery.

What are Justice Circles and what do they do?

Justice Circles are small groups of 6-8 executive peers who work with the guidance of Lady Justice Initiative Lex 2X Exec™ credentialed executive coach on leadership and to deepen their impact through sharing of collective wisdom.

Circles are designed to:

  • Accelerate leadership and success of women leading tech-based justice solutions through peer advisory learning and executive development support.
  • Maximize the potential of AI and other tech to meet justice needs through market-based and innovative nonprofit solutions by expanding access to innovation support among women.
  • Respond to challenges women entrepreneurs face in leading justice tech ventures, including accessing capital.

Circles are application-based and curated to maximize benefits to participants.

Circles are confidential spaces where leaders:

  • Gain perspectives and advisory support from industry peers in a structured setting.
  • Tackle leadership challenges in entrepreneurship or nonprofit development and management
  • Share strategies for career advancement
  • Accelerate growth through individual and group accountability

How do Justice Circles Work?

  • Circles meet virtually 11 times over 10 months at a cadence of every 3.5 -4 weeks.
  • Circles sessions are 90 minutes.
  • Each Circle works in a dedicated space on Lady Justice’s Initiative’s Lex 2X Exec Coaching Platform where they can interact and collaborate with each other and their coach in between sessions.
  • Participation is fee-based at Lady Justice Initiative’s exclusive non-profit executive coaching rates. Sponsorship support may be available to individuals who meet our criteria.

What is the 2026 schedule for Justice Circles?

Circles will form on an ongoing basis beginning in March 2026.
