Tasnuva is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh with over 18 years experience. She has practiced as a litigator in the District and High Courts of Bangladesh. Her unique combination of law-tech-business skills has been exhibited through her dynamic legal experience in corporate, commercial, regulatory, compliance, investigatory and strategic roles in both local and global markets. Shelley is a believer in change driven by technology and innovation and is passionate about helping promote the intersection of law, technology, and society. She was recognized as “Leading Legal Tech Expert of the Year 2024”, as one of the “30 People to Watch in the Business of Law in Asia in 2024. She published got her journal “Protecting and Enforcing IP in New Digital Ecosystems” in JGLR, Law Review, Indonesia, and was nominated as Singapore Law Academy “Outstanding Legal Tech Entrant” at the Tech Law fest, Singapore, and selected as a winner of an ALTA (Australian Legal Technology Association), award and an Accelerating Bangladesh’s special pitch award. She received a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the International Technical University (ITU), California, USA. She has been a Codex Fellow at Stanford Law University, San Jose California. She also received a Master of Laws, LL.M. in Law & Economics from George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School, Virginia, USA. She worked as a Research Assistant at the Global Antitrust Institute, Antonin Scalia Law School, Virginia, USA and as a Legal Fellow at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Office of International Affairs, Washington DC, USA.
