Join us for a timely briefing on what legal professionals need to know about AI and sustainability with National Capital Area Circle member Fatima Ahmad.

Accelerated computing is transforming the economy, with wide-ranging implications for many sectors. In the energy sector, utilities and regulators are exploring how to meet rising electricity demand. Companies across the economy are assessing their sustainability and business resilience goals to determine the impact of AI.

This briefing and discussion will give legal and business professionals a working understanding of key legal issues emerging as organizations deploy AI at scale. It will cover AI supply chain sustainability, data center energy and water use, and how these questions are surfacing in contracting, compliance, and governance. The discussion will also examine how accelerated computing can advance sustainability and business resilience goals for organizations and their clients.

Attendees will leave with an understanding of leadership opportunities at the intersection of AI and sustainability for lawyers and law-related professionals.
